THE 36th TOKYO MOTOR SHOW 2002
Exclusive Novelties Are Focus of Visitors' Attention
Among various exlucive novelties for the Show, the miniature car models produced by "Tomica" are the focus of visitors' attention disregarding their ages. This year's special package consists of six working automobile miniatures (JPY3,000. Also available separately at JPY500 each.). Many bought it as an attractive souvenior or a handy gift. You have to be in a hurry to buy it or easily sold out! In the East Hall, a number of visitors were at a special booth where they had a chance to assemble a nostalgic miniature bus of their own design using parts and components available there.

This is the brochure for the Mazda Booth visitors. It will surely be a good memory of your visit. By just looking into the contents, you will be able to review the trend of the time and histroy of automobiles. Brochure collectors popular at the site said that they have been to the Motor Show for a long time to enhance their precious collections.

The last but not least -- One advice from me. As you probably know, the site is so huge that you will walk a considerable distance if you want to watch everything there. It is thus recommended to put a sporty-type wear for easy excursion with less lagguage (but be sure to bring your camera!). A collection of the brochures, which are available at every booths, will weigh considerably. Why don't you visit the locations of your personal interest first, and then receive them afterward, e.g., before leaving the site for home? The Motor Show original bag (JPY100) is best suited for temporary storage of the brochures and booklets obtained. With a lovely logo mark, the bag is as tough as it should be to accommodate a lot of materials. Almost all the visitors bought it.
